ACTIVITY CHECK
Actions have consequences.
You’ll be required to link a minimum of two (2) threads, as well as a brief summary of what your character’s been up to. No comment count required! Regarding summaries, a few lines are perfectly fine! We’re mostly looking for clues in order to adequately track your character’s ambitions/intentions/deeds so that we can 1. dole out suitable consequences/curses/boons/etc (immediately following AC or at random), and 2. observe their evolution until the inevitable end. Will it be Ascension, or annihilation?
We realize that this can be extremely subjective as far as good and evil go, so to keep things simple, we'll have to adjust the consequences based on the character's overall intent. You'll be notified ICly or OOcly as soon as they come into effect (which might not necessarily happen right after AC or every round), depending on the action and what the outcome entails. Examples of consequences include, but are absolutely not limited to: a sojourn in jail, physical transformations, valuable artifacts, a harrowing, a permanent Spark, a power fully restored, a loss of any kind, privileges, information, etc. Consequences may not be doled out every time, but keep in mind that every action leads your character closer to Oblivium regardless, or Ascension. We'll keep track.
Regarding threads, we accept links from TDMs, inboxes, logs, the netherwork, and Soulidarity. You may submit threads from up to two months prior to the current month if you're still tagging them, but you can’t submit the same thread twice.
Subthreads from a top-level or a catch-all log can be used as separate proofs for AC! As for bonuses, we'll be limiting submissions of subthreads to one (1) per round.
Additionally, we simply ask that you don’t exclusively tag inboxes and/or castmates, repeatedly submit network-style comment spam, or drop your threads as soon as you pass AC. If a consistent pattern occurs, we’ll reach out to the player and discuss with them before issuing a warning.
A warning is cleared after you’ve successfully passed AC two months in a row.
If extenuating circumstances prevent you from playing or notifying us in time, a retroactive hiatus will be available to you once every 6 months. Otherwise, to avoid a warning, please notify us at least one week before the end of the month!
Regarding bonuses, which are an optional perk, we accept links from TDMs, inboxes, logs, and the netherwork. Please note that each thread must have at least 8 comments from you, and can’t be threads you’ve submitted for AC. Each bonus thread equals 5 points. You may also submit threads from up to two months prior to the current month if you're still tagging them, but you can’t submit the same thread twice. You can collect your points and spend them whenever you wish, and no more than one reward per round will be granted.

A boon is, essentially, a (reasonable!) wish granted or an item requested from home! A trinket is much lesser than an artifact in power, and would also have to eventually be soul-forged in order to last.

Unfortunately, due to fighting with Grimmjow during the harvest festival, Sasuke was soon imprisoned by the Hierarchy. Even powerless, he managed to escape thanks to a few different individuals and ran into Sakura and Naruto on the way out. He also realized the state Naruto was in (badly bruised/wounded due to the bijū chakra not healing him as effectively in this world). This drove Sasuke to confront Naruto after his escape. The two had a conversation in Naruto's Door, where Sasuke proposed becoming soulmates to protect Naruto against the deterioration and interference of the Shadow, because Naruto's survival is the most important goal to Sasuke at this moment (and he knows Sakura would agree). The conversation, however, went badly and the two fought instead. They did not become soulmates.
Immediately after this, Sasuke became sick with the hanahaki disease. He was told by Fukawa that this disease is linked to unrequited feelings, which caused him to blow up under the influence of Shadow thoughts and copious denial. He also met and spoke with Laurent about the Hierarchy, soulmates, the hanahaki disease, and other topics while the two tried Not To Have Feelings. Additionally he: needled Amun and Assana for information with true Karen energy; met new faces such as Leaks, Childe, Lumine, Keith, Jugram and others; spoke with Jonas and Steve Harrington on the network; and got a little high from Rosuv's medicine while hanging out with Ichigo at the library.
Toward the end of the month, Naruto has seemingly disappeared from the Netherworld as he goes into a Harrowing while the player is on hiatus. This will leave Sasuke in a complicated emotional state. He may believe Naruto has returned home, which is a good thing, but it can't be proven and he's going to wonder if he had any hand in Naruto's departure. He's also still suffering the hanahaki disease and struggling with the apparent knowledge that it's caused by his own feelings. His Shadow will be overactive as a result into December.
