Hi! We did mean 70 characters, but we are considering upping the cap. There's a lot of reserves, though it's unlikely that they'll all lead to applications. Regardless, depending on the flow of the game when it opens (or even during the TDM), we'll adjust accordingly and do our very best to accommodate as many people as possible!
