I just noticed that the game cap is 70 characters and not 70 players. Is this accurate despite you allowing players to reserve and app two characters in game opening? Just double checking to make sure this isn't a mistake because most of the time caps are on players, especially if they're going to be allowed more than one character. If it's actually meant to be characters that means the app cycle will be extra vicious and I just want to be prepared.
