Hello! Technology in Nightfell is relatively similar to ours, albeit a little on the rarer side. The necessary resources and knowledge exist to build just about anything, but due to the nature of the Netherworld, said things tend to break a lot more easily... unless soul-forged. Restless don't typically spend a lot of time building things they know won't last, but the possibility is there.

Internet is definitely a thing, but you won't find the same websites that you normally would IRL. It's entirely possible for characters to add to the already established network, however!

As for medical technology, it's decent, but since the Netherworld fosters atypical diseases, there's a lot of trials and errors. Magic frequently helps!
