What's a rough ballpark estimate of the number of souls it would take to properly soulforge the raw materials (wood, stone, metal, etc.) necessary to build a two-story facility?

Roughly speaking, the first floor would need enough materials for: 1) half of a cafe-sized eatery and 2) a fighting ring. The second floor would need enough materials for two or three bedrooms. Maybe a storage closet.
