Short Summary: After arriving and dealing with a lot of chaos in the TDM, settling in has been a bit of a struggle for a dead crime lord. Silco is certainly struggling not only with the concept of a soulmate (can't get betrayed if you never let anyone in, right??) but also just the fact that he's certain he's dead while others aren't convinced is enough to make him... jumpy about the whole subject. And while he's spent most of his time in Mirth, it's been a practice of trying to get a feel for the businesses/economy as well as the Hierarchy and what they're up to. Mostly because he thinks they sound like cops, and well... he doesn't like authority figures that aren't himself. He's aiming to get an eye on what's going on in the next few months and/or figure out a way to get a better information network going -- maybe a business. Mostly he's looking for an angle to poke at, and profit off of. During the event, he spoke with several individuals, and also encountered some wildness, almost got curbstomped by the headless horseman and got saved by Syo, and investigated the white scorpion banners with Sasuke afterward.
