You're in the best position to judge! We realize this can be extremely subjective as far as good and evil go (and not just this, really, but everything a character does), so to keep things simple, if your character's overall intent often leads to the suffering of others, if it's something they enjoy or couldn't give a damn about, you can consider them evil. Otherwise, we leave the final decision in your hands!
